When will I get my order?
We strive to get our packages out the door by the following business day after the order is placed. However, packages may take 2-5 business days to leave our warehouse. When your package ships, you will receive a tracking number confirmation.
What is the best way to wash my items?
Most items include care tags for washing and drying instructions. In general, machine wash and hang dry. Some fabrics benefit from occasional low-heat drying to restore performance. For stains on technical fabrics, try Dawn dish soap with a toothbrush—just rinse well. Nikwax Tech Wash and Granger’s Performance Wash are also great options.
